		<description>Hey Vicky Jo,
Great post – as always.  I always aim to complete my Christmas shopping before the start of October wherever possible, so I guess that I am still in the ‘younger’ INFJ phase. ;) Anyway, that way I can avoid the Christmas rush and make the most of any early Autumn sales that might be happening at the time. I have to say that I love choosing and buying gifts for my friends and family, especially my nieces and nephews, and rather look forward to it each year. I certainly give a great deal of thought and effort in choosing what I hope will be the ‘perfect gift’ – luckily so does my wife, Christmas Shopping being a combined experience for us. I also enjoy wrapping them up in a way that, I hope, will be pleasing to the recipient - such as the choice of paper, string, bows, tags etc. When I was a younger teen I used to hand craft the vast majority of the Christmas gifts I gave – I was very much into Carpentry and modeling at the time and, due to the time things like furniture or ornaments would take to construct, I’d usually begin in the early Spring.

Anyway, by getting everything done early I feel like I avoid much of the worry and pressure that would otherwise build up, which leaves me relaxed and happy to enjoy the season’s festivities. That said, as a church organist (amongst other things), Christmas is always a really busy time for me music wise – luckily, however, Christmas Carols are my favorite, so by moving other tasks earlier means I don’t get too anxious or stressed out.

As for the coolest gift around, difficult to answer since it depends on the recipient. My ‘early’ present was an MSI-Wind netbook, which has proved its worth time and again over the last few months. Interestingly my wife decided that she wanted something similar as well so her present ended up being an Asus EEE. Luckily I had already started to save up to get her one about a month before she actually told me that was what she wanted so when she did we were able to afford it. 

Best regards,
Charles</description>
