9 Traits of
Under Earners

The Nine Traits of Under Earners are...

1. They have a high tolerance for low pay

2. They tend to underestimate their self-worth

3. They have a willingness to work for free

4. They are lousy negotiators

5. They practice reverse snobbery ("People with lots of money are greedy, unconscious, (you fill in the blank)...")

6. They tend to believe in the nobility of poverty (money is not spiritual)

7. They tend to self-sabotage themselves regarding money

8. They subjugate their needs in favor of others

9. They tend to live in financial chaos (don't have a handle on their finances, are in too much debt, etc.)

So how many of these traits fit you?  How many Catalysts display these traits as a rule?  How many INFJs?  Must we be this way, or can we be conscious and intentional about managing these qualities?

Now are you ready for the list of secrets to financial success?

The 8 Beliefs that Lead to Financial Success are...

1. Financial success is possible in almost any field, and lack of education doesn't have to hold you back.

2. Working hard doesn't mean working all the time.

3. Focus on fulfilling your values rather than financial gain.

4. Loving what you do is much more important than WHAT you do.

5. Feel the fear. Have the doubts. Go for it anyway.

6. Think in terms of trade-offs, not sacrifices, to find a workable equilibrium.

7. Sometimes you just have to shrug it off and have a good laugh.

This list helps us notice where we can develop a stronger relationship with financial success, as well as see what's already embodied and wanting to be celebrated!

Lists taken from Barbara Stanny's book Secrets of Six-Figure Women: Surprising Strategies to Up Your Earnings and Change Your Life.
