Change Focus

We are happy or unhappy largely because of what we focus on.  By consciously choosing to focus on what is going well in our life, rather than what may be going poorly, we tend ot remain in a buoyant mood.

Make a list of five things going well in your life, and remind yourself o them several times throughout the day.  Within a few days, you'll discover that your perceptions about the quality of your life will change for the better.
