Those with this intelligence—often called Catalysts—naturally tune into others’ worldviews and help groups connect more harmoniously.

Catalysts build bridges between people, lead with emotional resonance, and work to unify through the resolution of deeper tensions. They clarify shared meaning, often using symbolic and metaphorical language, and help others articulate core values and a sense of purpose.
Empathy as Foundation
For Catalysts, empathy isn't just cognitive—it’s felt. They often sense others' emotions as their own, allowing them to inhabit multiple perspectives and communicate them effectively to others. This ability supports conflict resolution and fosters meaningful dialogue.
Seeing Through Similarity

Catalysts are natural encouragers. They perceive latent potential in others and call it forth—whether through mentoring, affirmation, or subtle support. Their presence often fosters growth simply by seeing and naming what others might overlook.
Vision and Advocacy
Catalysts often carry a vision of a more just and compassionate world. They’re drawn to advocate for those whose voices may be missing or muted, and often act as agents of transformation in families, communities, or organizations.
